2. Orders and Customization
- Artwork Approval: Customers are responsible for submitting high-resolution, print-ready logo files (e.g., vector formats). We are not responsible for lower-quality engravings resulting from poor-quality source images provided by the customer.
- Proofing: Once an order is placed, a digital preview or mockup may be provided upon request. Production begins only after you approve the final layout.
- Order Modifications: Changes or cancellations to custom orders must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once engraving or production has commenced, changes can no longer be accommodated.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Full payment is required at the time the order is placed before production and processing can begin.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if an error in pricing or product availability has occurred.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Production Time: Custom engraving and printing require specific processing times separate from shipping transit times. Estimated completion dates are provided as estimates only.
- Delivery Risks: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
- Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of engraved and custom-printed goods (such as branded hangers), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom items unless the product arrives defective or an error was made on our end during production.
- Reporting Issues: Any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the issue.
6. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights
- By submitting a logo, design, or text to aiprintstore for engraving, you warrant and represent that you own all rights, title, and interest in the artwork, or have explicit legal authorization to use it.
- We assume no liability for any copyright or trademark infringements. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aiprintstore from any claims or legal costs arising from unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aiprintstore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
